A startling video has been circulating on social media of a man in Yuma committing a major act of animal abuse. It shows a man walking around the corner with a small white poodle following him. As he hangs around the back alley, you can see he wanders a bit, looks in the trash bin and then moments later picks up the dog and puts the animal in the dumpster. Without any hesitation he then casually walks off. Now luckily someone heard the dog crying and saved the animal right away on the same day this footage was taken.
